Dedicated Teams

When you become a Mutual Health Services customer, we’ll assign you a team of claims, customer service and account service employees assigned specifically to your account. You’ll have a single point of contact for fast access and people who know and understand your account. Your company will have a designated Customer Care specialist, so when you or your employees call, you’ll talk directly to the person processing your claims.

You will also be assigned a Client Service Manager, Account Executive and Account Administrator. This team provides full administrative support for your business and has extensive experience in health plan strategy, cost management and benefit development.

We give you tools to identify and lower your claims costs. Our Advanced Analytics Data Warehouse, powered by Benefit Focus, lets you aggregate claims data – regardless of the carrier or product. With this information, you can better understand, predict and lower benefit costs using a single tool.
