Registration Information
Check out the MHSAccountLink Registration Guide to learn more about the app and how to register. You will need your Mutual Health Services Employer ID and Employee ID to register the app.
If you have Mutual Health Services health benefits and a Mutual Health Services debit card:
- Select Card Number from the Registration ID dropdown box and use your 16-digit Mutual Health Services debit card number.
- Use your Mutual Health Services ID Number from Member ID card for the Employee ID box.
If you do not have Mutual Health Services health benefits and/or a Mutual Health Services debit card:
