Client Portal

When you log in, you’ll have administrative access in different areas, including:

  • Claims look-up so group representatives can access data on plan members
  • Customized online enrollment
  • Online documents and forms, like enrollment forms, claims forms, summary plan documents and other group-specific documents
  • Enrollment changes and benefit accumulators
  • Links to external resources, like PPO network, prescription benefit managers (PBM) and other vendor websites.

Member Portal

Log in to view:

  • Claims information for yourself and your dependents
  • Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
  • Plan documents, like your schedule of benefits and summary plan documents
  • Helpful resources, like PPO network information, pharmacy benefit manager information and links to other vendor websites.

Other Member Information

Request an ID Card

If you or a family member needs a replacement ID card, you can easily request it online. Fill out our online form and receive your new card in five to seven business days.

Mobile App

Check your benefits coverage, review claims and more from your smart phone with our mobile app. You can learn more about the app’s features by viewing our mobile app flyer or you can download it from the Apple App Store® or Google Play.
